Dee grew up in Fort Worth TX in a large (actually a really BIG) family with eight siblings! Dee quotes Helen Keller, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” Dee added, “I truly believe that ‘we’ need one another to live and thrive in this world”.

Dee is the Engagement Coordinator at Arbor House Memory Care Center in Lewisville, TX. http://www.arborhouse4u.com/lewisville-tx.php In her role she helps provide a full and meaningful life of engagement and activities to her residents who have dementia diseases such as Alzheimer’s. She also educates and trains volunteers to serve along side her in this labor of love.

Dee partners with the volunteers of Loving Community by training them and engaging them in over 20 various volunteer roles. Recently she trained oveFullSizeRender 78r 40 moms and daughters from the Coppell chapter of the National Charity League. https://www.nationalcharityleague.org
